This is the Rogers Park (now Evanston) Scrabble Club webpage.

We’ve been meeting at Evanston Games and Cafe.  Evanston Games has moved (from 1610 Maple Ave.) to 1707 Maple Ave., Evanston.  1707 is the address of the AMC Evanston theater (formerly the Century Theater).  The entrance to Evanston Games is straight ahead on the ground floor as you go through the main doors for the theater.  That is where we are now meeting.

There is free parking (on Sundays) in the multi-story parking garage at 1800 Maple (on the west side of the street, where Clark St. runs into Maple), one block north of 1707.

1707 is one block north of both the Davis St. (purple line) El stop and the Davis St. Metra stop.

If you have questions or to be added to our mailing list, email Jerry ( specht3 @ comcast.net ).

Evanston Games is convenient to:  Skokie, Wilmette, Lincolnwood, Rogers Park, West Rogers Park, Edgewater, West Ridge, Andersonville, Lincoln Square, Lakeview, Wrigleyville, Lincoln Park, and the North Side of Chicago, in general.

No registration is required for this meetup; it’s strictly drop-in.  There are between 4 and 12 players on any given Sunday.   There is no cover charge, but Evanston Games does ask that you buy something — no matter how small.
